Dr. Janeen Davis, PsyD, MFT, is a licensed clinical psychologist, marriage and family therapist, and former missionary who has served in global ministry since 2007. While living overseas, she led a Member Care team that supported personnel across Asia as they navigated personal struggles, family needs, and complex team dynamics.

Today, Janeen partners with Peace Pursuit Internationalas a Master Practitioner and Trainer, serves as the Director of Counseling at a church in Tennessee, and leads Purpose & Peace Solutions, a hub for specialized ministry services. Through her work, she provides executive consulting, group training, conference presentations, and virtual care for missionaries and Christian leaders around the world.

Dr. Steve Shadrach is the Founder and Global Ambassador of Via (formerly the Center for Mission Mobilization). He’s been living on personal support since 1986 and has trained thousands of missionaries in how to raise support with confidence and biblical conviction. Over the past four decades, Steve has founded multiple ministries—including Student Mobilization and The Traveling Team—and served as U.S. Mobilization Director for the Perspectives Study Program. He’s the author of several books, including The God Ask and The Fuel and the Flame.

Bill and Kristi Gaultiere have been counseling and ministering to people for 30 years and are the authors of Journey of the Soul and Deeply Loved. Bill is a psychologist, and Kristi is a marriage and family therapist. They are AACC leaders and have served in private practice and church ministries. I'Ching Thomas is a global missions and contextual apologetics leader. She serves as Associate International Director of Global Resourcing at Operation Mobilisation (OM) and Co-Regional Director for South East Asia with the Lausanne Movement. Her background includes roles as a communications consultant, missionary in West Asia, and director of training for an international apologetics ministry. I'Ching is the author of Jesus: The Path to Human Flourishing and co-creator of CantoSense, a video podcast for Cultural Chinese audiences.

Jonathan and Amanda Vining serve in Medellín, Colombia, ministering to poor and at-risk communities with the presence, power, and love of God. Nic and Rachael Billman are the founders and directors of Shores of Grace Ministries, based in Recife, Brazil since 2010. Their ministry focuses on prevention, rescue, and restoration for individuals and families affected by prostitution, exploitation, abuse, and abandonment. Today, Shores of Grace is home to a full-time team of 130 people serving across a wide range of projects.
