Dr. Janeen Davis, PsyD, MFT, is a licensed clinical psychologist, marriage and family therapist, and former missionary who has served in global ministry since 2007. While living overseas, she led a Member Care team that supported personnel across Asia as they navigated personal struggles, family needs, and complex team dynamics.

Today, Janeen partners with Peace Pursuit Internationalas a Master Practitioner and Trainer, serves as the Director of Counseling at a church in Tennessee, and leads Purpose & Peace Solutions, a hub for specialized ministry services. Dr. Steve Shadrach is the Founder and Global Ambassador of Via (formerly the Center for Mission Mobilization). He’s been living on personal support since 1986 and has trained thousands of missionaries in how to raise support with confidence and biblical conviction. Over the past four decades, Steve has founded multiple ministries—including Student Mobilization and The Traveling Team—and served as U.S. Mobilization Director for the Perspectives Study Program. He’s the author of several books, including The God Ask and The Fuel and the Flame.

Dr. Tim Elmore is founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta‐based non‐profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. His work grew out of 20 years of serving alongside Dr. John C. Maxwell, and he is a former pastor. Bill and Kristi Gaultiere have been counseling and ministering to people for 30 years and are the authors of Journey of the Soul and Deeply Loved. Her background includes roles as a communications consultant, missionary in West Asia, and director of training for an international apologetics ministry. Jesse and Andrea Kroeze are mission-minded leaders with a passion for equipping the next generation. After five years of community development work in Uganda, they returned to New Jersey to help lead Touch the World, a youth missions organization. Jesse now serves as Executive Director and sits on the MissionWorks Board. Andrea oversees training and curriculum, holds an M.A. in Global Missional Leadership from Fuller Seminary, and is currently pursuing her doctorate. Together, they bring decades of experience in short-term missions, team development, and spiritual formation. Jonathan and Amanda Vining serve in Medellín, Colombia, ministering to poor and at-risk communities with the presence, power, and love of God.
