She serves as Associate International Director of Global Resourcing at Operation Mobilisation (OM) and Co-Regional Director for South East Asia with the Lausanne Movement. Her background includes roles as a communications consultant, missionary in West Asia, and director of training for an international apologetics ministry. I'Ching is the author of Jesus: The Path to Human Flourishing and co-creator of CantoSense, a video podcast for Cultural Chinese audiences.
